Free shipping on orders over $69. Estimated delivery date depends on several factors, including the shipping address and the speed at which we assemble and prepare the goods.

Regarding Taxes

All taxes related to the product are included in the selling price and will not be charged separately. Taxes included in the shipping cost are also included in the shipping cost.

If the customer refuses the package due to import duties or taxes, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and handling fees. Please note that due to customs regulations, purchased goods cannot be declared as gifts or declared at an amount lower than the actual value of the goods.

Exceptions:

Please note that we cannot ship goods to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or to areas outside mainland Europe (including the islands and territories of the aforementioned European countries), as our carriers cannot guarantee safe delivery to these addresses, and lost packages are undoubtedly the worst-case scenario. Additionally, if you have a street/building number, please write your address and details on the street/building number.

We are not responsible for any delivery failures caused by customer negligence. Negligence includes, but is not limited to, errors in order address/contact number/recipient name, and other information. In such cases, we will not be able to process a refund for you.
