Return & Refund Policy
1. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 15 days of delivery. To expedite the process, please provide photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund upon verification.
2. Customized Goods (Non-Returnable) Please note that bespoke/customized products are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect. We encourage you to double-check all design specifications before finalizing your order.
3. Lost Packages In the event of a confirmed lost shipment, we will contact you immediately. You may choose between a full refund or a complimentary reshipment of your order.
4. Order Cancellation

Before Production: Orders can be canceled for a full refund.

During/After Production: Once the production process has begun, the order cannot be canceled or modified.
5. Return Shipping Fees If a return is initiated due to customer preference (where applicable), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Fees depend on the chosen carrier.
6. Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 7 business days.
