Return & Refund Policy
We hope you enjoy your Haccwholesale products, but we know that sometimes things don't go well. We accept returns on new and unopened items within 15 days of delivery, we are not responsible for any delays and these items may be eligible for a refund or exchange. Note: We do not accept returns that have not been processed and submitted first.
(1)Incorrect Or Damaged Products
Received an incorrect or damaged product? Here are your options:
Option 1: Request a product refund:
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 15 days of receipt. Provide your order number, reason for return, and a photo of the item. We will initiate a refund for the product.
Option 2: Request a return:
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 15 days of receipt. Provide your order number, reason for return, and a photo of the item.
To initiate a return, please email help@haccwholesale.com, and include your name, email address, order number, and the name of the item you wish to return. We will email you a return form and return address.
One of our customer service representatives will review your inquiry within 2-3 business days. Our office hours are Monday through Saturday, 4:00am to 4:00pm PST.
Important Hint:
1. We are unable to offer a full replacement or refund for products that show signs of wear over time if received more than 15 days after delivery.
2. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
(2) Exchange Correct Or Non-Damaged Products
Due to the rapidly rising costs of international shipping, we are unable to offer any exchanges for international orders. For international returns, we are unable to reimburse any return shipping charges, duties or taxes. Refunds for international orders will be processed to the payment method used at checkout, minus any shipping charges.
(3) Package Lost Or Stolen
Haccwholesale is not responsible for lost or stolen packages with confirmed delivery to the delivery address provided in the order. Haccwholesale is not responsible for incorrect or lost orders due to incorrect delivery information provided at checkout. Please confirm your shipping address before completing checkout. If you receive a confirmation email with an address that needs to be updated, please contact us as soon as possible to make the change. We are unable to make any changes to your shipping address after your order has been shipped. We are unable to refund shipping charges for goods returned to us due to an error in the address provided and returned goods may be subject to a restocking fee.
(4) Cancellation
You can cancel your order before the item ships:
1. If your order has not shipped and you wish to cancel it, you will need to submit a cancellation request within 24 hours of purchase. Please note that cancellations made within 24 hours are subject to a 15% refund fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount. If you decide to cancel your order, please contact us via help@haccwholesale.com Submit a support ticket.
2. If your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it.
(5)Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will process the refund and your payment will be automatically credited back to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.
